OVERVIEW
Welcome to ZANOS APPAREL. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zanos Apparel AB. We operate this website and store to provide products and services to you. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies.
These Terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
SECTION 1 › ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make purchases from our store.
SECTION 2 › PRODUCTS
We aim to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
SECTION 3 › ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed only once we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.
Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 › PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
We accept payment methods offered at checkout, including Klarna. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
SECTION 5 › DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

› Sweden 2–5 business days
› EU 3–7 business days
Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control may occur. Risk transfers to you once the goods are delivered.
SECTION 6 › RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS LAW)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), customers within the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your legal right of withdrawal, contact zanossweden@gmail.com with your order number.
You are responsible for return shipping costs when using the legal withdrawal right. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
SECTION 7 › 30 DAY OPEN PURCHASE (ZANOS POLICY)
In addition to your legal 14-day withdrawal right, ZANOS APPAREL offers 30 days open purchase from the date you receive your order.
This means you may return an item within 30 days even if you simply changed your mind.
Conditions for open purchase
› Item must be unused
› Item must be in original condition
› All tags and packaging must be intact
Return shipping cost for open purchase is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
SECTION 8 › RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At ZANOS APPAREL, a handling and return shipping fee of 49 SEK applies to returns that are not related to an approved complaint (reklamation). The actual return shipping cost may be higher, but ZANOS APPAREL covers any amount exceeding 49 SEK.
Free returns apply in the following cases:
› Approved product complaint (reklamation)
› Size or color exchanges within Sweden
If, after inspection, we determine that a return or complaint does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to charge the actual return and handling cost up to the amount corresponding to the real shipping and processing cost. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The 49 SEK handling and return fee does not apply to approved complaints.
We offer exchanges for size or color within Sweden, subject to product availability
SECTION 9 › FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS (REKLAMATION)
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
You have the right to complain for up to three (3) years from the date you received the item, provided that the defect is original and not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within two (2) months of discovering the defect are always considered to be made in time.
If a complaint is approved, we will cover all return shipping costs.

› Replacement
If repair or replacement is not possible, a price reduction or full refund may be provided according to law.

SECTION 10 › INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, belongs to Zanos Apparel AB or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
SECTION 11 › THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party tools such as payment providers and shipping companies. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
SECTION 12 › LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or damages that are not foreseeable at the time of purchase.
SECTION 13 › PRIVACY
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 14 › CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.
SECTION 15 › GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Disputes may be brought before Swedish courts. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Swedish consumer protection legislation.
