ZANOS Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident with every ZANOS purchase. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before shipping back to us. Unauthorised parcels cannot be accepted.

The return address is provided in your approval email.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within Sweden for size or colour, subject to product availability.

Request your exchange label via our Contact page.

Your new item is sent once the original piece has been received and approved.


Return shipping & handling

For returns where a refund is requested (not exchanges or complaints), a 49 SEK return handling and shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
The actual return shipping cost may be higher, but ZANOS covers any amount exceeding 49 SEK.

This helps us maintain premium service and sustainable operations while keeping prices fair.

The 49 SEK fee does NOT apply to approved product complaints (reklamation).


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (Reklamation)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

Customers have the right to complain about original defects for up to three (3) years from the date of delivery.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two (2) months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If a complaint is approved, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer:

› Repair
› Replacement
› Price reduction or refund where repair or replacement is not possible


Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product types may be non-returnable where applicable by law.


European Union cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return shipping under the legal withdrawal right is paid by the customer. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
