ZANOS FIT GUIDE

FIND YOUR FIT

Three simple measurements help you understand how your ZANOS pieces should fit.

THE ZANOS METHOD

Measure once. Choose better.

01
Use a soft measuring tape

Measure directly against your body or over thin clothing.

02
Keep it level

The tape should touch your body without squeezing it.

03
Compare your fit

Use the garment measurements below to understand your preferred fit.

MEASURE YOUR BODY

WHERE SHOULD I MEASURE?

Stand naturally. Keep the tape flat and level without pulling it tight.

ZANOS GARMENT MEASUREMENTS

KNOW YOUR GARMENT

Compare the measurements of the garment itself to understand how each ZANOS size changes.

i
What do these numbers mean?

These are measurements of the garment itself when unstretched, not your body measurements. ZANOS fabrics stretch to fit the body.

HOW TO MEASURE

Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around the body. Measure close to the skin without pulling the tape too tight.

Finding the right fit should be simple. Our ZANOS size guide helps you choose the right size for leggings, training tights, flare leggings, sports bras, tops and other women’s activewear.

Use the size guide to understand both your body measurements and the measurements of the garment itself. Start by measuring your bust, waist and hips with a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape level around your body without pulling it too tight. Then compare your measurements with the information shown in the ZANOS activewear size guide.

Our leggings and training styles are designed with stretch and different levels of compression. Some styles offer a softer, more flexible fit for everyday wear, yoga and lighter training, while other performance styles use thicker fabrics and provide a more supportive training fit.

If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for more room and comfort or the smaller size for a closer, more compressive feel.

The ZANOS size guide is designed to make choosing women’s activewear easier and help you find the right fit before ordering. Always check product-specific fit information when available, as fit can vary slightly between collections.
