Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@zanosofficial.com
Where is my order / how do I track it?
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track anytime under Account → Orders.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! exchanges are possible depending on stock availability free of charge. Contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Read more about our Shipping Policy
What is your return policy?
Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging (hygiene liner/tags attached).
- Sweden: Standard Return Shipping 49 kr, Free shipping for changing size.
- International: Return label fee applies
